Set in a village of 4.25 Square kilometres, the main occupation is market gardening but there are many commuters. The church which has a 12th century tower was almost totally rebuilt in 1861 by Frederick Preedy and is a grade II* listed building with a seating capacity of 150. It is in good condition; our only problem is that the roof will need to be re-tiled in the next few years; donations to support us in this major project are most welcome. Our church is open throughout the year, during daylight hours, except Thursday. (These times could vary due to circumstances.)
There is no church hall but we have use of a village hall, Royal British Legion and Offenham Church of England First School.
There is an enthusiastic band of bell ringers who ring most Sundays and also a flower rota.
